A field guide curated, written and illustrated by the Wildlife Warriors of Bold Park in 2020. These Year 1/2 students had the idea of producing a guide for people visiting Galup (Lake Monger) to learn about the many birds that are native to the lake. Through this field guide readers will learn the feeding and breeding habits of Galup birds as well as learn the Noongar names and enjoy the illustrations of these flying friends drawn by the Wildlife Warriors. These students were keen for the readers to have a space for them to note their own observations so included within the guide are lined and blank pages for you to record your own 'noticings' down at Galup.
